Tank farms in the US have to be surrounded by berms sturdy enough to capture their max storage in case of a catastrophic spill. I assume this is pretty standard. Berms don't help against killer drone strikes, however.

I can't imagine that's good for morale. You might get a short term bump in discipline, but as I've said many times, I'd either desert, or kill my officer if I was a Russian soldier in Ukraine.
I like it. He's been talking for about a month. Either Putin cannot kill him because he needs him, or he's got broader support that Putin is wary of. However you look at it, this dissent is good for Ukraine.

Sounds like the Russians had a massive hit on a Pavlohrad target. Better hope it was not a lot of the ammo and soldiers massed for offensive.
