Biden is in the process of extending his record of being wrong on every geo-political and national security issue. He dragged his feet on getting F-16s, Abrahms, etc and now he is weak-kneed and showing the world weakness on both Ukraine and Israel!!!
Russia especially needs computers and microchips. China and India need oil. Neither gives a damn, nor should they, about US sanctions.
Russia now gets parts from China and India in return for oil. Russia used to get parts from the EU and US. This is how badly sanctions have failed.

I know this sentiment has been expressed, but imagine if Russia had used the resources that it has expended on this war to improve the lives of its poorest people instead of sending them into the meatgrinder in Ukraine.
