This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

I keep seeing articles about Russia deploying more ships to the Black Sea. How? Turkey supposedly cut off passage through the Bosporus when Russia invaded Ukraine. Some small boats can navigate rivers to the Black Sea, that’s how some of the patrol craft are being delivered to Ukraine, but these stories are saying frigates or corvettes. Too big for river transit. Are the stories inaccurate, or did the Turks go wobbly?

Gennady Shiryaev, the Abe Forman of eggs in Russia, survived an assassination attempt two days ago.
The egg shortage in Russia is getting serious. Putin is sending a message to his oligarchs. Keep things under control so there aren’t riots in the streets, or I’ll kill you.

Nothing about new Russian ships transiting the Bosporus, however this previously reported story has Putin seething. The UK donated two coastal minesweepers to Ukraine, and Turkey just allowed the first of them to transit through to the Black Sea. Turkey hedged and said they are defensive ships, and they are not in violation of the Montreaux Convention.

Their leadership/elites are corrupt to the core going back to the days of the czars. The people live in poverty and ignorance, consuming only the information the state allows them to consume.
Also, and I am not trying to be funny, the entire country suffers from mass alcoholism. They are broken, miserable, bitter, angry and depressed people because just about all the adults, men and women, peasants and oligarchs, are either drunk or hungover.

I wonder what would happen if America told Dictator Xi that China could take Taiwan and the U.S. wouldn't interfere in return for China ending all relations with Russia for 15 years?
