There are flaws in the VA, but I cannot imagine being a disabled Russian with their bureaucracy and money problems.

Excellent AP story about how Russia is attempting to destroy the identity of Ukraine in the occupied territories. We all cheer the high casualty count, but those numbers are in part fueled by Ukrainian men forced into the service of Russia.

How much will it cost to continually rotate active duty troops and equipment in and out to protect the border over the next 50 years? More or less expensive than a wall?

B: Not what is needed at the border, per the negotiated bill allowing significantly more resources to handle the actual problems there
Here's a thought...modify/reform existing immigration laws and you can reduce enforcement.
Maybe they should be using these drones to protect their troops that are running out of ammo.

Let’s stop the invasion to zero first then we can talk immigration laws. Pretty sure we have a process already to apply for citizenship and a pathway to follow to make that happen.
These are the large drones that have long range. Ukraine is using thousands of small drones to attack even individual soldiers.
