The IRIS-T is a German-led program to develop a short-range infrared homing air-to-air missile to replace the AIM-9 Sidewinder found in some NATO member countries. Any aircraft capable of firing the Sidewinder is also capable of launching the IRIS-T. Wikipedia
This appears to be a ground based air defense version.

It’s really incredible I have a coworker and client MAGA both grousing to me last two weeks how much we are spending in Ukraine and how they are actually the bad guys and Russia is not as bad. All this pro Russian propaganda. Two good old boys in their late 40s who grew up likely with their Dads driving around with Nuke Russia on the back of the truck and watching Red Dawn. Disinformation and propaganda are so dangerous to free countries because we have no defense…
