Looks like white phosphorus, designed to kill people by burning them alive.

That’s what it looks like to me too from prior video of the Russians using white phosphorus. I’m no expert though. These Russian military forces do not understand how to lose. They only understand brutality and eventual death. They almost seem resigned to it. I hope western intelligence and artillery give them no peace while they occupy Ukraine.
 

On the BBC today, the guest analyst said that the car bomb attack that killed the daughter is a good thing for Russian solidarity and it plays into the hands of Putin's need for public support for the "Special Military Operation"....

It would be like if our terrorist enemies killed the innocent daughter of one of our beloved national figures. I'm not sure if anyone is beloved on both sides of our political divide, so I'm struggling to find an analogy.

That’s a simple view.
Not a 9/11 moment.
I think it makes the people question security and the people who could be enemies/why.
