"Czech counterintelligence agency BIS was behind the operation that disrupted the export channels of chemicals used for Novichok production to a company close to Russia's FSB spy agency, Czech online news outlet Aktualne.cz reports.
Scores of German police units raided companies in cities in the south and north of the country on Tuesday. German media report that a network of local companies is being probed for illegally exporting highly toxic substances to Russia, including those used for production of combat nerve gas Yperite and the Novichok nerve agent, used by the Russian dictatorship to try to eliminate its enemies, such as the defector Sergei Skripal and opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

what would be interesting to know is how many levels you get down from Putin where you no longer know the truth. Obviously, Ukraine does not have a Nazi government and is not a Nazi country, and Putin knows it. You go all the way down to the children being addressed, and they probably don't know any better. But is information so carefully controlled in Russia that your everyday adults don't know better? All governmental officials? Only higher ups in the government?

After a 3-day halt, Russian energy giant Gazprom was expected to resume critical supplies of nat gas to Europe via Nord Stream 1 tomorrow, but it appears that Putin is enjoying the game of cat and mouse a little too much, and gas flows won't be getting restored any time soon, because moments ago Gazprom announced that it had "completely halted" transport of gas to Nord Stream until a previously undetected oil leakage is rectified. That could takes hours, days... or months.
