Well that was a quick U turn. Now just need the aircraft and tactical equipment to get there. Then will need food and medicine supplies. Still a chance they can repel Russia long enough for Russians to turn on Putin with the sanctions. Every day the pressure ratchets up 10 fold.
They already allowed Russian troops to cross through on the way to Ukraine, so yes.
