I am in no way justifying the Russians invasion , I’m simply saying the majority of the people didn’t want anything to do with this ridiculous invasion. Sounds like a lot of soldiers and parents were caught by surprise. There is no winners in this stupid war. Just degrees of losing . Punishing innocent citizens is not going to solve anything , rather create more suffering. Leave the punishment where it belongs

Russia is basically at the US's deaths for 20 full years in Iraq (4,500~. Entire coalition was 4,800)
In a couple of days...
They are at nearly 1/3 of the Soviet's total deaths in Afghanistan.. over 10 years
in under a week.
Putin has done the unthinkable, he managed to overtake Iraq as the biggest Military embarrassment by major nation in the 21st century. It doesnt even matter if they manage to capture Kyiv anymore, Russias armed forces are a laughing stock.
