Got it. He's a thug. But, he's in NATO, and hasn't made rumblings about leaving. He's taken in refugees, and is allowing weapons bound for Ukraine to transit through Hungary. It would be nice if he allowed them to transit directly from Hungary to Ukraine, but that isn't a great obstacle. It's clear we are getting stuff through via Poland and Romania just fine.
This is the Papa Air Base. Urban is a douche, but he's letting us keep aircraft and personnel on his turf in accordance with their NATO membership. We've used it quite a bit for regional missions.

Completely agree. Complete nonsense and another example of why I’m not a fan of the progressive caucus. And even withdrawn, the damage is done.
The letter was allegedly written much earlier then set aside-and they thought after Ukraine was winning and 2 weeks before the election was the time to release it?!

It's ridiculous how terrible their overall strategy is. They don't know who they are right now. They're afraid to scare off progressives, but at the same time they're running off moderates and so they have to keep walking back ideas. Just pick a moderate strategy, tell the progressives you'll move one of their ideas every term and drop the rest.
If either major party appealed to the rational, they'd dominate. Fringes have nowhere else to go so they'd need to go with the closest aligning moderate, but because of primaries, candidates need to out-crazy their opponents and then there's no time to reign in the stupidity before general elections and the "other side" uses those fringe statements as fodder against them.
It should be the official HORT tagline.

God damn. I’ve been reading this thread almost since day one. I’ve seen more dead bodies and violence in this thread than anywhere else my life combined.
But that picture and the look on that boys face is just a gut punch. That’s going to bother me for a while.
