You are either being knowingly obtuse or are just a flat out liar.
You cite data that you didn’t even understand but I’m the problem? Do you know what an encounter means in this context? These numbers don’t represent illegals running amuck that are tracked down by border patrol.

If you’re going to use data, use correct data that describes what your meaning is. This isn’t it.

Many many years ago when I was preparing for the LSAT, the prep course teacher gave us a bit of advice to the effect that, if you find yourself freaking out, just remember the Buddha, "the most tranquil man in history," and simply turn the corners up your mouth up into a slight smile, which will make it impossible to sustain your anger/fear/fatigue/etc. It's actually true, and it works.

Apparently these ladies never met Professor Spiegelberg.

Professor Spiegelberg sounds like it should be the pseudonym for the porn director of “Saving Ryan’s Privates”.

But I’m sure he/she was good at the law too.

Oddly, I don't even think he was a law professor. I think he might have taught English or logic. And of course, the dirty little secret was that the lsat was really just a reading comprehension and logic test anyway -- my buddy (Yale/Penn) told me Spiegelberg's prep was much better than Kaplan, at 1/10 of the cost and time. His suggested prep was to simply subscribe to Games magazine.

Maybe we should pass another tax cut for the wealthy?
Maybe you should stop repeating the Dems talking point that has been debunked by everyone who has analyzed the Trump tax cut data....the poor do not pay taxes, the middle class received a tax cut and the wealthy received a tax cut, but pay a higher percentage of total tax than before....

And they can afford tp pay MORE!
The “rich and wealthy” control 90% of the nations wealth….and pay about 50% of its taxes……

We get it Joe, life hasn't worked out for you.

Hopefully in 4 years, your party finds better candidates.

Your team had 2 opportunities to find a good candidate, and you squandered both of them.

Maybe you can roll out Bernie again in 4 years.
Both are miles ahead of your team candidate. In every metric.

I don't have a team. I vote for the right person at that point in time for the country. Voted R before, I probably will again. I will never vote for convicted felon Trump.

Like the updated fbi crime data that reveals violent crime under harris is up?
It's not. It's running far lower than 2 decades ago.

Harris' claim that violent crime dropped to a "near 50-year low" is accurate, according to analysis by Asher. The 2023 violent crime rate is just slightly above the rates reported in 2014 and 2021, which are the lowest reported since 1970.

"It's an accurate statement based on the FBI data, though I prefer to say 'reported violent crime is at or near a 50-year low' for precise accuracy given that not every violent crime is reported to the police," Asher said.

The FBI's figures are estimates, and participation by police agencies is voluntary, but the FBI said more than 16,000 law enforcement agencies (out of about 18,000 nationwide) provided data for 2023.

Other research corroborates these trends. For example, the Major Cities Chiefs Association reported a 9.1% decrease in murders from 2020 to 2023 in 70 large U.S. cities.

  • Both sides have cited statistics from credible sources, but have painted very different pictures from the data.
  • Although there are year-to-year disparities between the two major national reports, both sources show generally the same trend: crime has steadily declined since the 1990s.
  • Experts and local law enforcement are careful to note that no matter the claims made by any national political candidate, who sits in the Oval Office doesn't often change local policing policy.
  • Violent crime trends are driven by a variety of factors. Socioeconomic changes locally are one of the many reasons crime may rise or fall.

Keep selling that message joe. You're gonna learn the hard way why Kamala is losing every single swing state.
