I'm not sure what she was doing. She was hitching her wagon to Biden to be his VP but now that Warren is ahead I don't think she knows what to do.

Mostly I think she's trying to soak up as much attention as she can get from this campaign. Make a name for herself so she can run for senate or get a cabinet post.
