Thought we were clearly offsides, we were good with those in the play
I’m in a glass case of emotions.
US played sluggish nearly all game until they were losing. If they get beat in the shootout they have only themselves to blame.
I feel good about him. Don't know that I love our takers. Our legs seem gassed.
We outshot them 21-5, outpossessed them almost 70/30. This is all on them.
First half I’d agree with you. Second half and extra time I’d argue US looked better because they were on the move more.
Same problem I’ve seen imo for several years now - when the USA players are called to play deliberately they look sloppy, and sluggish like you said. When they play with pace they look far more confident and threatening on the ball.
