Dam didn’t even see your join date. You have been around for a bit. I meant no disrespect my disdain just comes from extended family member skers.

All I ask for is some objectivity. I don't like the Hawkeyes, but I can speak about them and with their fans without being blatantly disrespectful. I don't blame you though for not liking Nebraska, I've lived in Nebraska my entire life and have therefore been a Husker fan my entire life and during that time, especially in the last 10 or 15 years, I've discovered that there are an awful lot of tools that support the Huskers. I try not to be one of them.

And to the guy asking about the X thing, it's called "throwing the bones" for a skull and crossbones that is supposed to represent a defensive toughness. Something that used to be relevant when talking about Nebraska football and hopefully will again soon with Diaco continuing to mold our defense.

It is seriously gotten to the point on this board where our obsession/hate/attention toward the Nubs is at an all time high, and frankly it’s down right embarrassing. They take up more space on this board than Iowa State/Minnesota/Wisconsin combined. No matter what you can find 4-5 threads about them right front and center on the first page.

Some of you guys hate hate HATE (I mean HAAAATE) Nebraska, and you come off like the obsessive brother always trying to compete and compare ourselves to them. I lurk on a ton of boards across the Big Ten between Rivals and 24/7, and their fan base doesn’t give anywhere near the attention that we give to the Nubs.

Some of you guys are downright embarrassing the way they are constantly on your minds. They suck. No need to continually have discussion and freakin game threads, every single time they play!! I get sooo sick of reading about Nebraska!! It’s almost comical they way some of you are so butthurt about their program and comparing us to them.

If anything the games this afternoon (Purdue v. Minn & Neb v. Wisc) shows Iowa could beat anyone remaining on their schedule or lose to any of them.

On one hand, a Nebraska win is more beneficial because right away Iowa's path is laid out for them. (Win out, which is already obviously an objective, and a win over Wisconsin gives us A tiebreaker.)
Nebraska also has a tougher road than Wisconsin.

But......

I also am fine with Wisconsin winning for now because they do also have to face Michigan (and lose, please) and that still doesn't change that we need to find a way to beat both the Badgers and Huskers, anyway.

That and I don't ever want Nebraska to regain momentum and confidence in themselves. I'm always fine with Nebraska taking Ls.

Better but their D is really soft. Not sure what’s missing behind their D Line but they got nothing there.
