He would be a red shirt freshman after Stanley's senior year so the timing would be about perfect. The offense seems to have little more flair to it. Nebraska is a dumpster fire and whereas we want a more mobile qb they seem to want a 6-5 pocket passer. I'm seeing Georgia but they just got the best kid in the 18 class who also happens to be a Dual threat qb. C'mon max KF and crew have the connections to get you into the NFL and this is going to be a dang good team in 3 years.

If he does sign with Iowa, I can't see him jumping Peyton Mansell but you never know.

Duggan is a 2019 recruit, so if my maths are correct, he'd be a true freshman Stanley's senior year.

Steve Wiltfong (the one 247 opinion I listen to) put out an article on Max a couple days ago. He mentions relationships with several schools (Minny, ISU, North Carolina, Ole Miss), but not Iowa. That doesn't mean Iowa is out of it, just didn't get a mention.
