There's hope again! Imagine building a roster with some transfers at a lower level paid off. Imagine what he could do at the Div 1 level. He's an architect. I was disappointed in Mascari, Isiah Jackson, and Manyawu for lack of scoring, but Tech played tough.

Heard elsewhere: he is making calls trying to fill his staff at Iowa. It’s done. Probably announced tomorrow.
I sure hope a top notch recruiter is one of them. The best on the IA staff in that regard is Spurlock I believe.

Also, are we sure BMC wants any Iowa guys. Pryce is a gifted scorer, but I'm not sure he'd see the floor for Drake the way those guys play defense. Now, put him with a defensive-minded coach and that could change quickly.

Explain the difference in the makeup of the student body and the difference in location of CHA since it was built 40+ years ago that has resulted in decreased student enthusiasm for MBB compared to before? Then explain how those factors weigh much more heavily on this issue compared to the fact that the team sucks.

Back then there were like 3 TV channels and the best video games were Atari and the internet didn’t exist. When the internet first came around, people would go online for a bit of an escape from the real world. Now it’s almost the opposite where kids need to go outside once in awhile to escape the internet.
I think it’s fair to say that it’s a higher hurdle today to get kids to attend a sporting event.

Huh, if it was that easy, I've wanted Fran gone years ago, if it took the 2 Moline recruits to get the job done, so be it, money well spent....All was OK before Fran started accepting recruits from Moline. Iowa was in the NCAA tourney before they showed up & got himself fired. Sorry, had to poke the bear and rub that in your pie hole one last time! 😁

Cool; I don't argue with that at all. Now I want that dude to explain how Chinese people and an arena that is on campus and easy to get to plays such a huge role, and the team sucking not mattering that much.
