What age did you stop caring about itching yourself and belching in public?

Basically, when do you stop caring about manners in public? I think I'm getting there... my wife has scolded me for belching out loud in restaurants the last two times we went

If I need to itch the balls or adjust them I'll put my hand in the pocket to do the job.

I never burp in public.

Regional I suppose but I've never "itched" myself. I've scratched an itch, however.
