My Sunday schedule has been pretty set for the last year or so.

I live about 20 miles north of Washington D.C. in the suburbs.

I wake up around 10:45 A.M. and will put some coffee on brew. I'll get the coffee and will sit on the toilet for at least 20 minutes on my phone checking emails/HBOT the entire time.

Then, I'll take a shower, dress and will get in my car around 12:20 P.M.

The day begins.

I get in my car and drive down the highway to my first appointment. I pray the ring rosary the entire drive. I usually will listen to classic rock or the weather report or a YouTube documentary while driving.

On the way, I stop by my P.O. box for mail. Then I go to two work appointments which take 2 hours each. I'll usually eat at around 4 P.M. and will then go to Church 5 miles from my house unless I went the night before.

I get home around 7 P.M. and will eat dinner while watching Jen Psaki on MSNBC or Jessica Dean on CNN.

I'll pray the rosary for most of the time then will get in bed around 2 A.M. to begin a new week in paradise. (I gotta fix my sleep cycle. It's pretty bad.)

CSB.

How about you?

Six Nations Rugby followed by Premier League or NHL. Major League Rugby started this weekend on ESPN+ and ESPN2. MLS starts next weekend on FOX and Apple TV. All better watching than the NFL anyway.

I guess I arm finding out today. No pic tells me we need to go to sherwin Williams today to pick out exterior paint for the house and kohls for new shoes for the kids. Sounds awful but likely what I’ll be doing. In a month from now I’ll be back on the soccer and lacrosse fields all weekend so I will enjoy the downtime here for a couple weeks.

coffee(lots of it)
Morning worship
Since football is over its reruns of Seinfeld, Fringe, the X-files, or Millennium.
Cooking later.

Wake up at 10:45?!

Lot more opportunities to get stuff done around the house without football on. I'll typically do some cleaning and laundry and meal prep for the week ahead while getting everything packed and lined up for work on Monday. Early afternoon settle in with a few beers or some drinks until supper time then eat, movie, and bed. Pretty relaxing but also pretty boring.

Wake up at 10:45?!

Check my pulse if I'm still sleeping past 8AM.

Thankfully we're packing for Cozumel as we're finally heading back after a couple year break in a few days. Can't wait to be sipping tequila in the pool. Forget about life for a week.

After that you have the NCAA tournament that takes up most March weekends. The Masters after that. Horse racing is just getting into the swing of things. After that it's Spring/Summer and we're usually doing something outside. Probably watch some WNBA this summer along with NBA playoffs. Baseball is to slow

Same as it always is…

Wake up and make breakfast for fam
Workout
Grocery shop and meal prep for the week
Family activity
Work in my shop (garage)
Portal in to organize my work week
Drink a glass of wine with the wife

Awesome, love Coz. Where are you staying (VRBO or resort)? Heading to PDC the 28th.

Girlfriends parents have owned a condo right on the Gulf since the early 90s. 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Pool and access right to the ocean.

This trip I did book a couple of nights at Impressions in Playa so we'll take the ferry over and have some real downtime but also party a little bit

Enjoy! Send pics.

I snorkeled in Cozumel for a day in 2006. Good views.

How old are you op? I'd give my left nut to be able to sleep till 10:45 again. It's probably been 20 years since then. No matter when I go to bed I'm up by 6 or 7 at the very latest. More often than not it's 5.
My average natural wake up time on the weekends is 9-10, sometimes later depending on the previous night's booze intake. Some people are just not morning people, adults included; it doesn't necessary have anything to do with age.

Also, I don't have any kids, so that definitely plays a part.

We'll probably head over for the Fat Tuesday parade. Always an impressive sight.

Let me understand this. The Rosary while doing the highway to hell. OK.

Watching Trump at the Daytona 500 today.

Last time we were down we sat at the Sports Bar (by the church/airport) for the Fat Tuesday parade. I think it starts the day we fly back home. Her parents got a booth for the parade. We then walked to a concert featuring some Cheyenne dude. It was hot as a MF'er

Can't wait for some street corn in the middle of town/square area. 2.5 more days!

Wake up around 8
Watch toddler
Put toddler down for nap around 11
Pray he sleeps till 2
Watch toddler
Make supper
Put toddler down
Pray he sleeps until morning
In between all that I might get some time to do chores or errands.
You don’t even crank your hog while toddler is napping?

Wake up at 10:45? This man does not have kids.

Normally now it’s church in the morning, last basketball tournament for my middle was this weekend, next weekend last tourney for my oldest, church group at 5:30 baseball practice after.

But I’ll be honest. My middle broke 3 ribs on Wed and I’m in the hospital now with my youngest. Lot of just sitting here. Been a heck of a week boys

That is quite a routine yoy have. During the cold months in Iowa, I do the coffed, we watch CBS Sunday morning, maybe some news but now it is PGA golf time while I am doing to dos on my laptop or around the house. With YouTubeTV I can stop the tv show, go do stuff, comeback and click thru the broadcast to watch just the golf. I just started the guitar again for about the 4th time but mainly to have something else to do. We watch a lot of PBS all the time and on Sunday nites.

When the weather gets even above freezing but more like mid 40s and above then I am outside a lot.
