When is the last time we beat Wisconsin in something?

Just goes to show you, other programs can make changes and be successful.

Not at Iowa, we make changes and seem to suck.

what year do you think it will be until Iowa beats Wisconsin Men's hoops or Football? Will football have a chance to catch Iowa's run from 1979-1996?
Thank God we own them in baseball.

Not quite the same. There are 7 men's hockey teams in Big Ten, and 9 men's soccer teams. There are 13 baseball teams, missing one school.

Basketball last year. Football in 2015.

The sad thing is Wisconsin hasn't been that good in basketball lately and should have been beaten in football this year.

Who gives a shit about the trainers.

Hasn’t Wisconsin finished in the top 4 of the basketball standings for like a decade? If that’s not good then what the hell is Iowa? What is their record at the Kohl Center? Are you serious? Figure it out.

Top 4 every year since 01-02 season except last year. Is that good?

Iowa fluctuates from bad to mediocre. Wisconsin has not been as good since Bo left. Hence the word lately. There isn't that much to figure out. Simple reading comprehension.

In the B1G Ten, depends on the year.

I really don't know why reading comprehension is such an issue for some people. Do you believe the GG era has been close to as good as Bo? I never said Wisconsin wasn't good; I said THAT GOOD lately. And that is true. Wisconsin is not close to the team they were under Bo.

Does Iowa suck? Absolutely. Has Wisconsin established the blueprint for non blue bloods competing in the B1G? For sure. Their football and basketball programs are similar to where Iowa was at in the 80s and early 90s. But let's not pretend Wisconsin has been unbeatable under GG.

2 sweet 16's out of 3 years from Gard. Last year we know what happened. This year who knows. This is his 4th season and it will be his 3rd NCAA tourney. If you want to hold back to back final four teams against him, alright. Fact is he is the 3rd fastest to 40 wins ever in the B1G behind Izzo and Turgeon.

Yea, Gard has been fine. Last year an anomaly with the injuries. 2 Sweet 16's the first two years. Great chance to do that again this year. It took Bo 13 years to have significant success in March.

Yeah, but that can be fool's good, too. I don't think anyone believes Loyola is a powerhouse because they made it to the Final Four last year.

Wisconsin has a good program. I'm not arguing that. But they are not as good as they have been and aren't unbeatable. That's my point. There is no excuse for the performance Iowa had last night. Iowa laid down and died.
