When Will We Finally Get The Final Stop....Again

Yes we remember @ Wisconsin or @ Syracuse, but it seems like FOREVER since we've got the big stop in a big game where a team had the game winning drive. I am hopeful with how Iowa played and in 2015 was proud of how they played vs MSU, but at the end of the day we have to find a way to be on the other end of one of these games.

Arizona was the game that bothered me the most for some reason. Probably because it ended our undefeated season & took us out of the top 10.

Arizona sucked because of the missed XP. Just when you thought Iowa did the unthinkable and came back to get the lead, we miss the XP and it's a tie game.

Iowa got the huge final stop it needed to get the ball to beat Michigan in 2016.

Iowa got the final stop it needed to win at Nebraska 28-20 in 2015 to finish the regular season 12-0.

Iowa got innumerous stops to beat Wisconsin 10-6 at their house in 2015.

Seems like it is all a matter of perspective.

Two fourth downs on the final drive and on each, our corners got beat to the inside!!! Never allow the receivers to get the inside route with the game on the line, push it outside, it's a much tougher completion.
