Where are the grades for the first dual?

Sadly I didn't get to watch the outing, but I'm curious as to why Teske's and Abe's matches were so close. Did they look flat or was the competition that good? I didn't see their competitors in Intermat's top 33, but didn't want to make any assumptions.
They looked fine, imo. We can’t expect every early-season opponent to have only cupcakes in line up. Give those guys some credit for scrapping and ours for out-scrapping them for the most part. Except for that illegal fist to the back dealio.

Neither guy was impressive for Iowa but it wasn’t out of the norm for those 2 wrestlers either.
I don’t know how one defines “impressive” but the CB 133 stuck Redding from ISU who qualified for NCAAs as a true frosh 2 years ago. Assad’s win was virtually identical points wise to Coleman from ISU’s over the same guy. Coleman was an AA last year.
Neither were overly impressive. However, sometimes an opponents defensive wrestling and non-committal to winning style keeps scores close. Neither match was ever in question.
D- If you give them an A they'll get fat and lazy and will want belly rubs like a cat.

That's the kind of information I was looking for, Spooner...thank you. I guess I need to get off my butt and order BTN plus so I can watch the meet. BTN plus used to be a necessity, but now most everything related to the Hawks is on Flo or the BTN network.
