Thats deceiving. There are people like me who eat none, so for the people that eat beef, its higher than that.
False based on your posting id imagine you put as much meat in your mouth as you can

Much of that land has no other use, at least in North American beef production systems. Food and fiber crops won’t grow on pasture ground. To get a more accurate picture you’d have to look at corn/forage consumed from feeder to finish weight. I’ll try to figure that out.Land and Water Use in Beef Production Systems from NIH
If I am reading this right it takes 27 hectares to produce 1 ton of beef annually. That s roughly 68 acres or 2,700,000 sq ft.
Lol....

That would likely improve the thinking process of some of the right wing troglodytes we have posting around here. Or at least shut the voices up in their head for a bit, perhaps.Yeah and they also drilled holes in your head to release evil spirits from people who were perceived as mentally ill.
I’m not saying you’re wrong, but that doesn’t make sense. If you even have the capability to grow 100 bu corn, that land will be much more profitable than raising beef on grass.Ok..in the West I grant you that, but not in the Midwest.
I'll never cut out beef completely, I like taco's to much and a steak every few weeks. Eat a lot more chicken, pork and fish the older I get but I ain't cutting beef completely out.
On a side note lost 6 pounds in the last week. Weighing in a 6 foot 163 pounds this morning. DING!
You need some protein. A good meal and therapy would help you out a lot.Sure you aren't...you have mommy basement boy written all over you.
Not sure we have a choice if we want any real future.
I'm good not being fat. It's all good.Maybe you should eat some more
Ahh.... the good old days! That would likely improve the thinking process of some of the right wing troglodytes we have posting around here. Or at least shut the voices up in their head for a bit, perhaps.

That’s very poor utilization of resources, at least from an economic perspective.
I always thought Chis was the most unhinged poster. I think you may have him beat. CongratulationsF You. Our creeks and watersheds are full of E-Coli so jackwads like you can have a burger.

Yum.If we're going to kill all of these cows, we may as well eat 'em, ya?
Said OP's mom...NEVER.meh, I could give up beef pretty easily.
I’d guess in IA pork production is a heavier polluter than beef production.OK. You tell me whats causing E-Coli all over the state.
The Cow Poop Problem
Yeah, I am unhinged...whatever you need to continue your gluttony I guess.
So just to be clear, eating an occasional cheeseburger is gluttony. MmmkayOK. You tell me whats causing E-Coli all over the state.
