What do you think about that? Legal? Good idea? Bad idea? Bad precedent? Where would you draw the line on this kind of thing?

IIRC, although the TPP has been said to be secret, it may may not be classified at a level that makes it illegal to reveal it. More a matter of rather extreme measures being taken to keep it secret. But I don't know for sure. If that's correct, Wikileaks wouldn't be inciting criminal behavior. Or maybe Wikileaks has run out of Fvcks to give.

Congress is not voting on the TPP, only on giving the administration authority to negotiate the treaty.

I assume once its been negotiated, and Congress actually has a vote on it, it will be available to read.
