Nobody besides Woodson is changing the narrative or diminishing Iowa 3rd largest comeback in school history. Nobody in their right mind believes for a second that anything that happened on that series of events changed the outcome of the game.
Woodson’s message should be that he blew a huge lead, but it’s not and only he has control of what his message is. You, me or any other poster here has no control over Woodson’s actions.
The point was, he and his staff are not innocent in this incident and I hope it comes back to bite them in the ass even more. It would make him crying to the commissioner even funnier.
Indiana is getting throttled by PSU tonight. I watched the video of Woodson’s presser this week where he talked about meeting with conference officials about Fran, and kept talking about Fran. I believe he talked about injuries, too. Everyone has injuries at this point I’d the season, coach.

Woodson played for a coach that took everything he could from the officials then went over the line again and again. I still remember Bobby throwing the chair on the court like a petulant child because Teddy Valentine wasn’t going to take his crap. Bobby then threw a temper tantrum and was ejected. Fran fights for his fair share and that’s it. I don’t agree with how he does it with that look of his and his own temper but jeez, Bobby Knight took the reins for being over the top with the officials.
A mistake based on your opinion. Not many coaches are going to let the officials huddle up with the opposing teams coaches. At least if they are fighting for their players they aren’t.

He won’t give Iowa any credit. It’s not in him after the game in IC where his assistant was mfing the Iowa players and Fran called him and the assistant out on it when he went to their side of the court. Fran sticks up for his players.

Agree. Woodson pretty much said that lack of effort by his team was why they lost (left our game in West Lafayette, bulls**t performance, didn’t do the things they practiced, etc). To me, it seems that Woodson is putting this loss on his team and there lack of effort.
