I should be able to. ADS has a bye to the semis so he won't be up for a while. He will get either Garrett or NaTo in the semis. Cassioppi has Parris first in the quarters. Welker will face Tristan Kelly first in the quarters; both had byes in the R16.
NLWC has a few women in the tournament and freestyle in general. Anybody know if they train in Happy Valley or if the NLWC just pays them to wear their uniforms?

They're only running two mats and apparently doing the women's side first through at least the quarters. Moving fast with small brackets. Welker in the hole on Mat 1.
Welker vs. Kelly up now. Kelly in on a shot, Welker defends well. Able to lock up a cradle and Welker gets the fall in 0:53!!! Will face Adeline Gray in the semis.
Nashon looked great. He will be a huge hurdle for anyone.

Desanto will need to be ready to go at the whistle. Even a .1 second delay can mean a Garrett takedown. Guy is fast.

Big Tone vs Parris up now. Quick TD for Parris and two with a gut, up 4-0. Tony almost gets behind on Mason's shot but can't finish it. Mason four more with a dump to the back. Mason another TD with Tony trying a big upper body move. Parris wins by tech 10-0 in 2:01.

Cass just can’t figure out Mason. It Sucks.

Welker vs Gray up now. Welker gets a quick TD, not able to turn, up 2-0. Welker in on a nice single, unable to finish but gets the step out, 3-0. Gray with a nice high single, locks up a lace, and five turns, goes up 12-3 at the break. Edge saved Welker or Gray would have gotten one more.
Gray gets another TD, wins by tech in 3:29. Damn. Kylie came out looking great but can't give up buckets of lace points like that. Freestyle is nutty.
ADS vs Garret up now mat 1. Furious pace from both guys out the gate. Garrett TD with a low single. ADS gets a caution and one for fleeing. Looked like defense to me but whatever. Starts down in par terre, Garret with a gut, another caution and one against ADS for something?? 6-0 Garrett, Terry is pissed. Another gut for Garrett, then one more, Garrett wins by tech 10-0 in 1:14. Officials hammered Austin in that one.
wow never seen anything like that in freestyle. scoreboard said 10-0 but i think after the riding time point it was 11-0. weird match. official picked his guy

Cass vs Thomas up now mat 2. Stream is terrible so I missed some, 1-1 after 30 seconds. Probably a couple of step outs. Thomas tries for the grand amplitude but Tony slips out on top for TD and two exposure. Back to the feet, Tony down block go behind for TD 7-1. Tony gets exposed for two but reverses him 8-3. Now three guts to get the TF 14-3 right before the break. Atta boy Tony!

Austin vs A. Valencia up now. Quick TD for ADS, no turns 2-0. ADS working the tricep death grip but Valencia has stout defense. ADS slides by for two right before the break, 4-0.
Man I Feel Like a Woman starts playing in the second period as DeSanto works the tricep tie, but Valencia won't let him get deep with his fireman's. Valencia goes on the clock and can't score, 5-0 ADs. TD ADS, time runs out before he can work for a turn, Austin wins 7-0. Ref and ADS not seeing eye to eye, lot of stoppages. NaTo techs Gross, will face Austin for third.
Tony vs Dom Bradley up now. Not much action in the first, Bradley goes on the clock and can't score, 1-0 Tony at the break.
Tony gets off balance and gives up a TD, 2-1 Dom. Another TD for Dom and that will do it, Tony loses 4-1. Not a great match offensively.

Garrett got three turns. You don’t put them on their feet when the top man is repeatedly scoring in par terre.
On the Garrett TD, Austin got a caution for fleeing the mat. I don’t think the camera angle was good enough to say whether that was the right or wrong call. But the caution meant they go to par terre, which they did with 2:35 on the clock. It was 3-0 Garrett at that point.
They blew the whistle and Austin immediately grabbed Garrett’s leg with it gripped for the sole purpose of preventing Garrett from scoring, That’s called negative wrestling and he was properly warned for it.
Next Austin did the same thing with Garrett’s arm and again got a warning for negative wrestling.
The first scored gut wrench finished with 2:20 on the clock, just 15 secs after they went in par terre and after two warnings for negative wrestling on Austin.
Austin then grabbed Garret’s arm again and again got called for negative wrestling. At that point, the ref called a caution on Austin as he had already given Austin two warnings. That was with 2:12 to go. The caution meant a restart in par terre.
On the restart, Garrett immediately went to another gut wrench, which he used to score in just 10 secs. He then got another turn that he finished just 15 secs later and the match ended.
