Hayden's "scratch where it itches" motto seems like an appropriate way to describe Iowa's way to 48 points in Minneapolis. Stifled on the ground, the Hawkeyes proceeded to exploit the Gopher secondary for more than 300 yards and 4 TDs to 4 different receivers. I'm sure Hayden was smiling on the 2nd Quarter "exotic" which produced a TD off of a fake FGA. Good tune-up for what looks like a tougher road test next weekend. On to the contest results...…..
Two contestants really stood out from the field of 38 entries this week.....
The high score was posted by BIG BOY HAWK (9-1). In a week where a solid majority of scores came in around .500 or worse, BIG BOY HAWK nearly lapped the field.
The Runner-up spot goes to dadster (8-2), a very impressive mark as well. The saying "close but no banana" usually applies here but in light of the overall scores this week, dadster gets the banana.
