Apparently, last year it was a done deal that Brian was going to step down at the end of the season. In walks Barta with is never ending great ideas and makes an addendum to Brian’s contract after the Nebraska game with the points per game and wins BS as a way of giving Brian another chance.

It wouldn't surprise me. That guy might have been great at sucking up to donors and separating them from their money, but he was bad at the other aspects of the job.
