You repubs are an odd bunch

So, you never once had to use the bathroom meant for the opposite gender on an emergency basis?

I’m not even touching on trans issues here, I’m simply bringing up instances where someone might have to use the wrong bathroom.

Not a girl, but it doesn’t seem unreasonable to make provisions for girls having to use the boys bathroom when they’re having a period and it’s an emergency.
ROTFL! Why don’t you reach a little farther.
Better start putting urinals in the girls bathroom too. Never know when a boy might need to use it.
Boy walks into girls restroom with dick out, sorry I really had to go and the boys room was filled up.

How is it hurting you? Prescription drug costs. Health insurance costs. Those should be discussed more than a couple “born girls” going into a boy’s bathroom to get a freaking tampon. Again, Republicans love to get us arguing over stupid shit while they get their checks from people who rip us off.
Never forget, an Italian woman who seems kind of manly beat an Algerian in women's boxing, so CRAZY MARXIST KAMALA HARRIS HAS TO BE BEAT BEFORE AMERICA IS DESTROYED!

Same ideology the democrat-led cities had about the border crisis LOL…they were cool with trash-talking the border states until they found themselves being overrun and then begging their residents to take illegals into their homes.

It doesn’t affect you until it does.
I guess I see your point. You are definitely going to be forced to use a tampon by the socialists very soon!

Sex with a couch and eyeliner.
I'll give you #1, but that mofo is caking on the makeup and it's obvious.

And to be clear, I have ZERO issues with it - you do you, boo. But you have to admit that it's amusing that he tries to project a very many ALPHA MALE image while dolling up his eyes with makeup.

But isn’t it weird to call it out? Don’t most politicians wear some sort of makeup before public speaking events. I would assume so, but I don’t know. I also don’t care if he wears it or not.

The point of this discussion is, both sides do the exact same thing. Of course the idiots on the right are going to attack Walz. The left attacked Vance. In this case, does it matter who attacked first or who does it more than the other. It’s ok to admit both are wrong. It’s ok to admit that both sides do it. Even Walz made a couch joke. When it comes to attacks, I’m not sure one side can actually claim higher moral ground here.

Never voting Trump/Vance. Just tired of the BS here. Might be time for a break.

But isn’t it weird to call it out?
Normally, yes I'd agree.

That said, JD Vance goes out of his way to try and project an image of being a manly man, uber-hetero and mocks Democrats for being pro LGBTQ soy boys.

Yet he is the VP candidate that has the fancy dyed haircut, neatly trimmed beard and wears eye makeup while the allegedly soft, tampon-loving Democratic VP candidate looks like every average hetero middle aged midwesterner with his male pattern baldness, gray hair, wrinkles and paunch.

So it's calling out the hypocrisy.

Where is this a problem?
The excuse to put tampons in the boys bathroom is because the girls bathroom might be busy and they need to use the boys bathroom in an emergency. You don’t see that as a major stretch? First off how do you not know when you need to use the restroom and wait to long to go. I would especially have to think a female is extra cautious when having her period. Second, what girl is going to want to use the boys bathroom when on her period even if they need to go. Third, stop encouraging stupid excuses. This is why caution hot warnings are needed on hot drinks.

How am I moving the goalposts, then?

If you or someone you know isn't going to be affected by the tampon availability, why do you care about it?
By pretending I’m concerned that I, or any real male is going to be forced to use a tampon as a result of tampons being placed in Male bathrooms.

That is certainly not a concern or is it the arguement.

I was in a McDonald’s using a urinal when a woman walked in to use the toilet. My first thought no big deal didn’t care. My second thought was shit I’m in the wrong bathroom. Third thought was that women’s bathrooms don’t have urinate so I’m good. Fourth thought was back to not caring.

I’d have zero issues with bathrooms being unisex or family. Family being for families with small kids.

I forget who coined it, but I find funny the name JV Dance. Dumb, I know.

Gosh I don’t know. Maybe it was mentioned in the time I have been on here. At what time of being on here should this have been common knowledge? I don’t want to post something later that I shouldn’t know about.
Oh, you learned he had a fiance but was not married in the last 24 hours you've been posting?
How about you just tell everyone what your other dozen screen names are?

Can you articulate the argument?

After all, in your own words, you said we should't be concerened about things that don't directly affect us.

How does putting tampons in all bathrooms at a high school in Minnesota affect you?

ok. So I’m not wrong. You just have your way of justifying why it’s for the left to do it. I appreciate your honesty about the double standard.

What is the double standard?

Have I said Republicans shouldn't criticize their opponents?

Go ahead - but be prepared to be corrected if those criticisms are illegtimate or hypocrtical.

Good luck with the new parenting role. Hopefully it gets shipped off to its real dad at times and you get a little vacay. How great that must be for a parent.
He's a good kid, so it's been easy. I've never wanted a kid myself mostly because I'm not a fan of babies. It was something I never wanted to deal with, so I never planned on having kids. But his mom introduced me to him when he was 5 and we immediately became buddies. Being a good role model for a kid starting at 5 is wayyy better for me than having my own kid and starting from birth. Yikes, no thanks.
But it's also nice that his dad has him 50% of the time. We all get along, and it allows us all to have some kid free time/weekends.

It's a good situation for someone that up until a few years ago was planning on never having kids.

Trump instigated a riot at the capitol, Walz called in the national guard after the mayor wouldn't. Ya dum dum
But Trump… but Trump… everyday you wake up it’s Jan. 6th. I didn’t hear a peep from you when Pro- Palestine riots broke out at the capital last week, or in Philly, or the riots around the country in 2020 that cost Minny $500b.
To Dems, Jan 6th mean more than 9/11.

Since you brought up Walz- dude served in the national guard, I applaud him. Those that served with him have a different opinion. He lied about his rank and tenure and his unit couldn’t count on him. There words not mine.

He mandated tampons to be available in a men’s bathroom
DUI going 95 and tried to get out of it by being deaf
I can overlook these, it’s weird but not a deal breaker. But when you pass a bill and allow gender reaffirming surgery for minors without the parents consent, I have a big problem with that. You can’t get a tattoo before 18, but you can cut it off, makes perfect sense.

So long as I pay taxes on my kids, and raise my kids, I can doctrinaire them how I see fit. With all the issues kids are facing, and I have four, the insecurities, mental illness, finding their place in this world, it’s unconscionable that they can go and make a drastic change without the parents knowledge. Kids don’t know anything, and they are far too young to make a life altering decision. If you can’t see what’s wrong with that we will never agree on fundamental issues.

If you want to fix America it starts in the homes.

Jan. 6 was a far more serious threat to America than Sept. 11 and anyone with an ounce of understanding of history knows this.

Not going to address the rest of your unintelligent drivel.

I didnt expect you to read the whole argument. I’ve read your comments, you focus on one portion vs the whole argument. But you’re right, we will never agree that 1/6 was worse than 9/11. You have lost all credibility with that statement.
