You said it perfectly as a balancing act. You’re never going to make everyone happy. Either transfers are not starting, or you’re recruiting over your HS recruits (Harding/Dembele). Someone is going to get upset.
The most important thing to me is finding the combination that works most effectively on both offense and defense. It’s actually pretty nice to have a group of about nine guys who can play effectively together (solid minutes) and someone always ready to step up if there’s an injury, illness, or an off night. Something we’ve already seen a few times early this season.
