Also, check out your timeline of everything, Radishes go in early and come out before most things are really taking off, you can keep them closer to tomatoes and you won't shade them out.

Over 11 possessions, that's 165 yards of offense without even snapping the ball. Add in +50 return yard advantage and the game results make more sense. The Kirk way.

And as you said if we averaged starting around our own 35 and we recovered the last fumble at their 35 then that is another 30 yards advanced that led to a score.

And empty possessions into scoring territory was +1 for Nebby. They had the long drive in the 2nd half that resulted in the missed FG, that was a crucial play to keep us in it.

You are correct about all the hidden yardage there is in most every game.

White has experience coaching LB's. It will be interesting to see if he also takes on that role, and Shannon is gone. It will also be interesting is White stays with a base 3-3-5 alignment, or goes with FSU's 4-2-5 alignment. I suspect it will be a hybrid of the 2, and may change some coaching duties. I'd like to see White coach LB's, and Shannon be gone.

With beans you can do beans that grow as a bush or as a vine that needs something to grow on. If you put a couple post on the backside of your garden and ran twine for 3 or 4 layers you could have a decent crop of beans/ snap peas on the back side of the garden, not shading the rest, and taking little space.

I think many of the criticisms are valid...sort of. The problem is since nothing was ever done about it when this stuff came up under Trump then that's the playing field we are on now. If you don't like it, you should have thought about these things 5 years ago. But now this is where we are at. Congrats. By allowing Trump to do these types of things it made it ok, and actually expected, for everyone else to do it too. That's the problem with setting precedents. And now, there's nothing stopping Trump from doing it again and you better believe that Congress won't do anything about it either. They'll just complain like they always do.

With the new OC there is renewed hope. If recruits like him can view the past as being in the rear view mirror and evaluate the situation as different given the arrival of Lester then Iowa has a chance. If viewed through the lens of the last 5 years, then it will really be an uphill climb to attract any high quality QB's and receivers. Unfortunately this year saw an improvement in the offense but the passing game was still worst in the nation, sans service academies.. That didn't help Iowa's argument that things are changing.
