He could be a successful coach but he has multiple issues to overcome. The biggest is that he tries to do just about everything and doesn’t delegate near enough. He is just overwhelmed and can’t dig out of this with his third tier supporting cast.

You’re probably right. Unfortunately, and unless we pour a fortune into a fleet of high quality assistants and big dollar NIL, we are looking at being Nebraska for the next 20 or 25 years.
