MSU showing life early vs ILL.

But the line of the night goes to the game's analyst; "Kofi Cockburn is the most fouled player in the nation, without the actual fouls being called. I'm serious."

Uh... dude obviously doesn't watch Iowa games, cause Luka Garza is 1a in that conversation, to KC's (possible) 1b.

I just know MSU will end up s*ing the bed - or ILL will wake up at halftime - but the Sparts look good so far.

Talk about lackadaisical, Watts walked the ball up slowly and barely beat the 10-second violation.

Yeah, really. Poor Kofi. Luka gets hacked, whacked, smacked, grabbed, shoved, poked, and hooked all season long.

If Luka got the same treatment in a massage parlor or chiropractor's office that he does in the paint during games, he'd happily pay top dollar for great work done.

Which team is Izzo coaching given how far outside the box he is at times?

"MSU playing excellent defense in the first half."

Um, I would credit the rim as much as MSU's effort. 2 bricked dunks by ILL. lol

Frankly, it's good to know that we are not the only ones that get jobbed in East Lansing.
But I just cannot root for Michigan State. I can't. I am working on the odd situation where I can be happy if Illinois loses, but not happy that Michigan State won.

Yep, you get away with that if you are Michigan State at home. That's a flagrant foul by any definition.
