I was hoping we'd see the Zachary/Happel matchup here, didn't Zachary call him out in the paper? Then neither shows up?

Why would Happel show up anywhere based on what Zachary says to a reporter?

Anyway................as previously stated, Happel wrestled in the Dream Team matchup in Minnesota recently, which wouldn't necessarily preclude him from wrestling in the North/South.

That said, I don't know what his schedule was or wasn't, but he DID get "dinged" in the Dream Team match that he was winning handily, and was noticeably limping thru the last period or so of that match. So any thoughts he may have had about competing in the North/South might have went out the window at that time. I certainly don't know if he or Zachary had any serious thoughts about the North/South. We all know it didn't happen, for either, that's about it.

Impressed that Isley wrestled at Flo Nationals then 1-2 days later wrestled in this.

It was the next day. He wrestled FloNationals Thursday-Friday. Got on a plane Friday night to be home for the Saturday All-Star dual

He shouldn't, I just find it weird that Zachary would call him out in the paper and then not show up, regardless of whether happel was there.

From what I recall he said he would only do the All-Star dual if Happel was his opponent.

Happel was limping in the last match if I remember correctly. At the end he ran off and looked like it would be nothing.... Just a thought. If not a 100 percent then prob not the best choice.
