2022/23 HWC Roster

If there was a true RTC cup next year after the college season, how would the HWC do domestically? For fun lets say each RTC can use 3 college kids and only athletes on RTC roster. No poaching from other RTC's. I think PSU would most likely win but would HWC be 2nd? I'm just having fun with this and in no way saying all these guys will be on the roster, just speculation.
