Vito's growth over the last 12 months is nothing short of incredible. Into the world finals!
I was lucky to catch it. This scheduling is nuts. Putin probably forgot he has an early afternoon massage, so he moved up the wrestling.
Must have started earlier than they said they would. By 10AM CT they were already halfway through the other 61KG match.

He had his chance to get the win when it was 6-6 and he knocked Petriashvili to his hip & had him extended off of his shot. Not enough left in the tank to capitalize.
To be fair, his 1st chest wrap in the 2nd period was nice, the second one, not so much. He was so close to being in the final!
It's hard to accept Gable not wrestling here. Why even enter the challenge tournament to begin with?
Not knocking on him at all, it was a helluvan effort against Geno! Just some missed opportunities and some hesitation that cost him
Absolutely. The quick TD he gave up right after the replay was too easy. Everyone knew Geno coming.
Not bad for a guy who found out he was going a week ago. He took Geno to the brink.
