2024 Sea Surface Temperature exceed previous records by wide margin

I did some Googling and found that he is a Nobel Prize laureate with a prestigious academic background and several articles published in Physics academic journals.

While I don't think his admittedly impressive credentials in Physics give his theory on Climate Change as much weight as the majority consensus of actual Climatologists, I think they do give him enough credibility that his theories should not be dismissed out-of-hand without providing substantive arguments and evidence that rebut his theory.
Clauser's credibility on climate change - just based on his public pronouncements - is effectively zero. It would be like Klaus Hasselmann - a Nobel laureate for his work on climate change - announcing that Clauser's Nobel is bogus because photons don't actually entangle. The fact that Hasselmann has a Nobel wouldn't give any weight to his views on entanglement.

I’ll admit it, pending more confirmation of cred. Oops, posted too soon.
See tar in the post above.

Yet still infinitely more credible than all the rubes on GIAOT questioning his credibility.

John Clauser is the person I was talking about.

He is a particle/quantum physicist, with zero experience or credentials on climate.

You people are consistent, I’ll grant you that.

Fifty years of bullsh!t predictions and still going strong. And still refusing to ever admit you’re wrong.

So people whose livelihood depends on the scare mongering of extremes like an impending ice age or global warming have been doing so?
Statistics don’t lie but can be used to fit any narrative you choose.

What is so confusing for you on this topic?

Did you ever work in academia?

Such a cop out to not give a shit...if you have kids, do you not care the world you're leaving them?
Also a complete joke (Obama, Kerry, all of Hollywood) telling us about climate change and then doing the exact opposite. Or when they fly private jets to Idaho or Norway to decide how the rest of us should live. Kindly eat a dick.

Why can’t both party voters agree on any type of facts??
Because climate change is not really about "facts". It is about pushing an agenda.

We cant agree on facts because the facts are just made up. Even the temperature that is used to determine climate change is not just the actual recorded temperatures throughout history, no, they run all historical temperatures through computer adjustments to average everything out.

One side wants to dismiss and cancel very smart people automatically because they disagree with the climate change agenda.

I agree, fvcking hypocrites....but it's still a fvcking cop put

Really?

What about land ice losses from Greenland and Antarctica?

Greenland has been losing 268B metric tons of ice per year for 20 years now.
Antarctica has been losing 140B metric tons of ice per year for 20 years now.

This is from GRACE satellite data.

Are these not "facts" to you?

That isn't what you'd posted, Cletus.

You tried to say something, but it was pretty a garbled attempt at English.
Well liberal Larry if telling us to cut down on fossil fuels then getting on a private jet isn’t the exact opposite I guess I can’t help your backwards inbred ass.

More (unsourced) NASA propaganda via nasa.gov

While the effects of human activities on Earth's climate to date are irreversible on the timescale of humans alive today, every little bit of avoided future temperature increases results in less warming that would otherwise persist for essentially forever. The benefits of reduced greenhouse gas emissions occur on the same timescale as the political decisions that lead to those reductions.
Without major action to reduce emissions, global temperature is on track to rise by 2.5°C to 4.5°C (4.5°F to 8°F) by 2100, according to the latest estimates.
Humans have caused major climate changes to happen already, and we have set in motion more changes still. However, if we stopped emitting greenhouse gases today, the rise in global temperatures would begin to flatten within a few years. Temperatures would then plateau but remain well-elevated for many, many centuries. There is a time lag between what we do and when we feel it, but that lag is less than a decade.

I dont deny that the climate is changing.

I just dont think humans play as big of a role in the change as we think we do.
I dont trust the accuracy of the data. We dont even know what a "normal" climate is.

How do you know that life might not be better with less ice?

Our responsibility is probably closer to 40%, we just don't know enough about extremely long feedback loops of a complex adaptive system like climate....not so with Ocean Acidification, that's 100% on humans

1/3 of the debt is the W and Trump tax cuts by themselves...and 7 trillion is Trump aside from the tax cuts

Get out of here with that bullshit
Regardless, the huge national debt is a bigger threat to our children’s future than climate change.

There is no denying that some large cities don’t report all crimes. Hell, some cities don’t even have enough police…so in some instances, people have just stopped calling the police. Kind of like the Dems trying to say inflation is down, yet people aren’t feeling it at the grocery store/gas station, etc.

I hypothesized that SOMEONE was lying about his condition. The complete truth will likely never be revealed.
Let’s check the tape…
I did say the experts were lying about the 'congenital heart disease', and that I don't know if he'll ever play competitively again but I hope I'm wrong.

🤔. Looks like you’re just another HORT rube.
