I never have, the more I learn about this kid the worse he appears to be. Especially with his current actions, at first I figured Brandon might know a little bit more than your average fan but I just think he’s desperate now, and it shows.
He has an interview releasing with Clash of Combat at 6pm today.
With 2 meets bookending this weekend and classes starting next Tuesday, he has to have decision by now. I have a feeling he’s been accepted at Iowa and may have class schedule, so all he would have to do is move and secure housing. I’m sure his brother would let his crash at his place if he had to😉. But if he’s just starting to entertain other schools, he’s behind the 8 ball.
Appreciate it but to be honest with you I don’t care what he does. He could be walking across the street and get run over by a car and I would step over him and keep going.
The trailer for the interview didn’t mention anything about a college decision it was asking him about his soldier salute actions and the NIL video.
One way or another this should be the week that ends the speculation. Either he’s a hawk and we constantly wonder wtf he’s gonna do next, or he’s not and he turns into that regretful one night stand that leaves you with that lingering, itching reminder of what was done that one weekend in December.
Ok look I have to get this out there but was told by a VERY Good source that AJ was NOT the only one who had charges against him with this female. 2 other different allegations against 2 different guys. Please tell me what I was told is wrong…

Sorry, I meant Brands, I was autocorrected. I initially figured coach Brands might have a better handle on the ins and outs of this and might think the kid will do ok at Iowa. Maybe he had some promise of good behavior so I trusted his judgement. After the recent stuff, no way.
If AJ goes away, so be it. Even if Anthony goes, so be it. CR and VV have both proven to be on par with him. Id hate to see Angelo elsewhere, he seems pretty reasonable in his actions compared to the other two, and obviously a great talent.
So she’s a chronic accuser. cry wolf too much and lose credibility.
On the FB page an Okey State contributor stated she had been intimate with practically the entire team.
Heard the same. Not that dude is an angel but whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Does that also apply to the accusations against her?

in fact...doesn't that make the whole "she changed her mind afterward" story much less likely? if she slept with the whole team, why would she freak out and accuse only AJ afterward?
And this sort of salacious accusation against her is exactly why she couldn't go through with the trial. In the end, AJ is legally innocent and free to do whatever he wants without a criminal record, but he was not proven to be actually innocent. We know what happened (there is DNA "evidence"). We just don't know (and will never know) what level of consent actually existed.
And dumb people will think he didn’t.
He did it. Btw, It made me very happy that it has been put out there that the door is open for AJ possibly being on Iowas roster in the future. I'm sure parents of recruits will want their kids around him and push them to Iowa. I mean, it's not like he through Glazier, Gabe and Iowa fans under the bus or something stupid like that.

Even setting the assault allegations completely aside, we've seen evidence between voice recordings and text screenshots that the way he thinks about and talks to women is gross.
Well, i think AJ made it perfectly clear in his interview that its OTHER peoples fault when he can't control himself. Biased refs, racist wrestlers, meanie teammates and rude fans. I honestly believe in his head it's the girls fault he was a pig to her. She shouldnt have looked so good or dressed like that..

Not really. Their only evidence is his, um, DNA and her testimony regarding how it got there. When she says she doesn't want to testify, they have nothing to use to prosecute a crime in court, just evidence that there was a DNA exchange. Her reasons to decline to testify are not necessarily that she was lying originally.

Not to say I don’t think Seth is a much better overall person than AJ. But, the comparison is disingenuous at best. Seth was convicted of a criminal act while at Iowa. He had to go, but I would bet Brands didn’t want to do it.
For all the issues with AJ, he has no criminal record and none of his “issues” involved Iowa until the Soldier Salute. Brands gave him a chance to prove himself and he shat all over himself the first time he had to deal with significant pressure.
One guy learned from his mistakes, while the other seems too unintelligent to do so…
Good answer. I didnt realize there was a conviction with Gross. Its not in brands hands at that point.
He and another wrestler were offered to stay, face punishment and work their way back into the coaches good graces. The kid from Quad cities decided to stay, and Gross bolted to where he would face no penalty. if AJ would have drove to Cedar Rapids to burglarize homes, many of you very load never Ferrari fans would demand the death penalty. I don’t think he would ever do something that stupid. I don’t think he is as low IQ or as bad a human as some of you irrational guys think he is, but you will never be even slightly open minded, so be it
No idea on level of interest from either side, but JR Miller is probably the best upperclassmen in the weight range that is uncommitted.
Further evidence: his continual reference to CP as “Christina Pyles” throughout the podcast interview. Because being a woman is such a bad thing and insult and such lower status than being a MAN, bro. Totally someone I would want around our women’s wrestling team. I’m sure they all just love that attitude. Recruiting killer on all fronts.
I so wish this guy would go away. Idc if he’s a Hawk, I will never cheer for him barring some serious, visible changes. Hoping he figures out how to be a decent human being some day. Just sad really
Anyone care to try to slow down the video and find the part where Glazier throws the first punch and AJ just had to “defend himself”? I hadn’t seen that version given by all the AJ apologists. That angle was new

It never happened. Very clearly, AJ shoved Glazier's head down unnecessarily after the match. Glazier stood up and gave Ferrari a shove back. Then AJ threw a slap and flipped off Glazier.
AJ is using Chael Sonnen's satirical explanation of what happened as a legitimate defense and justification for his actions. Notice he didn't apologize to Glazier. Could've said something like "both of us made a mistake" even if he truly thought Glazier was at fault.
Look deeper. I believe Hes posted some shit with women thst will take you down that road
