I saw he was coming for a visit this weekend but haven’t heard too much on this board about him. Is he an Iowa lean? He looks like a beast, do you all think he is the type of kid that can hold down the Bull’s spot for 4 years?
Well, he is coming to visit, so there's that, so he's not likely leaning strongly against Iowa if he's making the trip. Tough kid, I'd take him for sure. I think Josh Barr from Michigan will be there too, similar weight projection IIRC. Might be one of those whoever signs first deals. Might be they don't get either one. Never know until you see them with a Black and Gold singlet on.I saw he was coming for a visit this weekend but haven’t heard too much on this board about him. Is he an Iowa lean? same very high on him. disappointing to hear he's rumored to be an isu lean. it's very spoiled, but i've come to assume iowa just gets their pick of the top instate kids lol.I do like this kid and think he’s going to be tough at the next level. Would fit in nicely wt wise.
How many?Looking like another exit from the Clone program as Reeves is in portal.
Just amazing how many "whiffs" Dresser has had in the lower weights.
Mendez should be 1I would put him at #2 on the list of Seniors coming this weekend as a must get. Behind Jesurga(just because we need him to get his brother next year) Riggins is going to be Real good. Probably multiple AA for the Hawks down the road. I really like Barr as well but getting Barr out of Michigan could be a bit tricky. Get Riggins this year and worry about where Barr fits next year.
Or behind now?I would agree with Mitch that this was a questionable recruit. If for no other reason that someone whose college weight is less than 10 lbs more than his walking around weight in 8th grade is a red flag. As in, physically ahead of most of your age group at a young age.
If you mean behind others now, yes, they have caught up or surpassedOr behind now
In weight or ability? If you mean behind others now, yes, they have caught up or surpassed
Apparently, I've derailed this thread. If you mean behind others now, yes, they have caught up or surpassed
I hope there was a word/contraction omitted in there somewhere. 🙈So take that for what it’s worth... A very reliable source too who does embellish or fib about things.
Of course not! I think we all know that I would be the last person around here to be affiliated with something preposterous like that! 😆I hope there was a word/contraction omitted in there somewhere. 🙈
So, the reliable source DOES fib and embellish?Of course not! I think we all know that I would be the last person around here to be affiliated with something preposterous like that! 😆
I thought it was a jab at me sometimes coming off too enthusiastic and embellishing… I get that sometimes and it doesn’t bother me, for I can totally see how someone would think that of me.So, the reliable source DOES fib and embellish?

Quit being such a dickhead...sheesh. Do we discourage a wrestling opinion about the Iowa community or what? If ur pissed say what's on your mind or squash it. I don't buy that his posting annoys you.Jesus. Stfu or DM.

$ well spent. Kid is going to be very good. And for the last week or so, Clone fans, at least a few, said Riggins was "theirs to lose".
NEWSFLASH... you lost again.
Now for the comments from Dresser that he was just forcing the Hawks to spend scholly $$$.
I think it's difficult to comprehend how such an electric crowd at Kinnick and Hawkeye fan's enthusiasm can affect high school recruits... in any sport.Wow! What a night!
Sure he is. Couldn't he just send Dresser a text telling him he doesn't want to be in Ames?Riggins is visiting Iowa State in November
It seems rumors of Iowa's demise might not be true.Oh shit yes!
Now, now, be a gracious winner. Remember what Red Green said. I'm a man, I can change, if I have to, I guess. And for the last week or so, Clone fans, at least a few, said Riggins was "theirs to lose".

Buffy said this week that Riggins was down to Michigan and ISU. Proves once again just how ignorant their fans are.
