Again, nobody is saying lock him up in prison; he is presumed innocent WITH REGARDS TO HIS FREEDOM until convicted in a court of law. That doesn't mean anything in the court of public opinion or in the general human experience. We live in a society of people and we are literally judging people all the time. Ever walk to the other side of a street because you didn't like the look of someone? How about Jeffrey Epstein? Technically never even tried on the charges he was arrested on, but I'm pretty sure we're all in agreement on him.
Lets take it down a level; I'll bet you have opinions on tons of people you've never met. Penn State wrestlers and coaches? Taylor Swift? Kim Kardashian? We do it literally all the time, and AJ Ferrari is not special nor exempt.
I didn't compare him to Casey Anthony or OJ Simpson. I compared the idea of grace to people who haven't been convicted of anything. Those people were actually tried in a court and a jury looked at all the evidence and found them not guilty, with much more access to ALL the evidence than you do, but you feel comfortable substituting your judgment for theirs, right? But people always ask for different treatment in situations where it could benefit them. Again, see above, talk about modern celebrities. I'll bet you have opinions on many that you've never met.
