Welp...both 1A teams (Bosco and Alburnett) won this morning's session. Bosco beat Waterloo East, City High, and Bettendorf (while giving up 3 forfeits). Alburnett beat Cedar Falls, Assumption, and Ankeny. Assumption has a lot of young guys on their team so watch out here in a year or two.

I remember watching him wrestle at the beginning of the season last year. Kids would get deep into his legs and he would seemingly just fall down to his hip and I was like "What the hell is he doing?" He would then go onto score. By the state tourney, I was like "He's got him right where he wants him."
