He could use a change of scenery. After the turf monster caught him vs isu he never was the same. The fumble vs nebby might have finalized his need for a change.I'm perfectly fine with this. I wish him well....but he was absent nearly all year. I hope this signals that we have a couple of good WRs coming in.
Damn, hoping with the addition we could hang on to him. Hopefully this is the end of starters leaving.
Not turning this thread into every other thread, but the WR had zero shot to be successful. Jones proved that this year.Offense was not good this year,.. Assuming we were putting the best talent on the field, some starters will need to move to second string or leave...
To be fair he was absent because the offense was awful. However he had his fair share of drops and mistakes.I'm perfectly fine with this. I wish him well....but he was absent nearly all year. I hope this signals that we have a couple of good WRs coming in.
We have a great freshman RB and TE, I don’t want to leave.Wipe the slate clean. Fresh starts for everyone after a dismal 2 years of offense. I’m more looking forward to staff changes at this point. Nobody on offense outside of Kaleb would really disappoint me by transferring at this point.

Yeah. it was his fault for being " absent " instead of the reality that he was obviously misused, under-utilized, mismanaged and coached by a completely clueless jackass of an OC. All his fault?? How are some FB fans this backwards?I'm perfectly fine with this. I wish him well....but he was absent nearly all year.
However who the hell is catching balls in the bowl game?
Yeah, those "bonds" must not be too strong.Lol I built bonds, but peace! These drawn out statements are funny.
The sad thing is it does nothing to speak against the WRs we had. The QB play was subpar at best all year and our scheme is typically awful.
The difference being Jones - even when at Iowa - didn't drop the ball or make the kind of mistakes Bruce made this year. I wish Bruce would have stayed but it was disappointing to see how he handled being the "main guy" this year. Not turning this thread into every other thread, but the WR had zero shot to be successful. Is this a sign there are zero changes at OC?
I wonder if Brian will post anything on social media when he leaves, stating it was God's plan and "after much thought and prayer" etc etc etc........
Bruce caught 1.5 balls a game. KJ had 2 catches all year. It’s not like losing Jerry Rice. However who the hell is catching balls in the bowl game?
Ragaini Brecht Vines Bostick. I actually like the thought of just getting the young guys more reps. However who the hell is catching balls in the bowl game?
And that's only hurt CBB thanks to schools like Kentucky popularizing that bold strategy years ago (even if it was slightly less legal back then.......), so I don't foresee any problems whatsoever with this becoming the new norm in CFB!This is the future reality of portal/NIL: guys who don't think they got enough catches/carries leave, new lineups every year
watched one KSU game this year. They had a little guy they used in a variety of ways. He was quicker than shit and just ran by defenders. But he appeared to be very thick for a guy of his stature. Looked like a Bob Sanders type. Maybe this is what they do to him. To me ,he was a major disapointment.Been really a gadget guy since he's been here. Hopefully Kansas State can unlock his potential.
