The Big Ten is so grossly underrated this year. Very obvious after watching games from around the country the last few weeks. Michigan State is legit. Very solid football team, outstanding quarterback play (better than anything we'll see in a semifinal game), physical brand of football on both sides of the ball, and as much as I hate Dantonio they are well coached. Personally, I think next week's game is more difficult than any semifinal matchup we'll get. I think Oklahoma is a bad style matchup for us but I think Michigan State is a tougher football team. And I have no fear of a game against Bama or Clemson. Iowa or Michigan State, whoever wins, is a big time threat to win the whole damn thing and I personally think are better than anyone from the other conferences. Not everyone will agree and that's fine. Bit the SEC is EXTREMELY overrated, Alabama is EXTREMELY overvalued, and I can't wait to see the big ten take the national championship again this year. Best conference in college football!

You should be scared of Bama. The only reason Auburn was in that game offensively is because there offense is so confusing. Our offense isn't. Alabama is a lot like Iowa, they don't make mistakes, they are well coached, like to establish the run. The reason they don't get branded as not flashy or sexy is because of the amount of talent they posses. They are Iowa with MUCH more talent. They are the only team I don't think we can beat. Clemson could barely beat South Carolina, not to worried. Oklahoma plays in the Big 12 for Christ's sake. They haven't met a decent defense yet. Plus their defense is average at best in any other conference. If Iowa beats Bama then the B1G will be even better than I think they are. I just don't se it happening though. Like I said, they are us but more talented.

The only scary teams are Alabama and Ohio State, and neither of them are bulletproof this year. Michigan is better than Oklahoma and Clemson.

I agree Flint...your defense scares the crap out of me! Our style of offense isn't going to be difficult to prepare for or defend. I hope we do something different to keep you guys a little off balance.

Can't buy the underrated argument, we had 4 of the top 10 in last week's cfp poll, and 3 of the top 6 in the new AP/Coaches polls. What more do you want?

MSU defense has been suspect all year. Back 7 has been below average for much of the season due to the loss of their top CB, LB and S, but has become serviceable as of late. This is not the spartandawg defense of yesteryear. However, they will still force Iowa to have to make plays.

I think it is a great match up for both teams. Turnovers and who makes plays in all three phases, offense, defense and kicking wins. Neither CJ or Conner Cook are Armstrong who closed his eyes and threw.

This is not close to one of saban's best teams. There's no Julio Jones at receiver. Coker is not a good quarterback. Their oline is nowhere near as good as it has been over the last 6-7 years. Henry is a beast no denying that. Give Ferentz a month to prepare and game plan and I like our chances against them. The SEC is EXTREMELY overrated and overvalued this year and the big ten is grossly underrated. It will show when Iowa or Michigan State get in and win games.

The rhetoric of the national media has been to downplay our conference again and again. That's what I'm referring too. The cfp committee however recognizes how good our conference is.

gotcha. Yea, no doubt.

I would say the top 3 teams n the country are in the B1G, no doubt about it. And 2 of them won't be in the playoff this year. Kind of too bad America won't get to see the real top 4 teams compete in the playoff.

That's how this sham is setup. This is 2015 and we can't settle in on the field but for 4 teams. I guess we need men gabbing like Whoopi Goldberg instead of playing the games. More Kirk Herbstreit and less manhood.
