I don't think they have the balls to walk off a lifetime appointment for a raise.
Especially when the job has so many fringe benefits like getting millions from conservatives for doing “nothing”
Think he issued the threat back in the 2000’s. At least that’s the way the Rolling Stone article reads. It says he was deep in debt and then began friendships with mega donors. Now he’s worth 32 million.

Well how many members of the Supreme Court has there been with questionable finances. At least on this large of a scale. I’m sure something has to be out there. So far Alito and Thomas appear to be in a class by themselves. Now if we are including all of DC that’s fair. But if it’s only the Supreme Court this doesn’t seem to be a both sides issue.
Saying that massively corrupt public officials should be expelled from public office is hardly the same thing as lynching, but defending the indefensible seems to be a favorite pass time of the modern GOP.
