Miami was frauds all year too bad the refs couldn’t have bailed them out one more time.
I'm seeing rumors now that after Ryan Day is fired at OSU, the 2 finalists for the OSU HC job are Mike Vrabel and Matt Campbell. Gotta believe Campbell would really do great at OSU

Heard there are lines forming at Ames Hy Vee stores to buy all the cinnamon roll flavored Pop Tarts they have.
He played to get a personal record and then quit on his coaches and teammates. And they lost a game they most likely would have won had he not quit. I wonder how much Miami gave him for the last couple years of nothing

Yeah, with Ward in there Miami could’ve named the score and likely would’ve won by 2-3 TDs, but he quit on his team.
Still, can’t take that win away from Iowa State. Much like the Iowa game and other close games they had this year, they kept fighting and didn’t give up. Most of that is coaching. Not going to lie, I’d take Campbell at Iowa in a heartbeat after Ferentz retires.
Unfortunately that’s not happening. Like Ferentz at Iowa after all the success he’s had here, Iowa State will do whatever it takes to keep Campbell there for a looooong time. And even if Ohio State comes calling, I no longer believe he’ll jump.
