Alabama 56 Mercer? (mercy) 0

Clemson 61 forgot who they played 3

Auburn 42 who knows? 14

LSU 30 Tennessee 10 (they both suck and cheat)

SEC... SEC... SEC..

Sucking, Exceptional Cheating.

Iowa may suck and losing to Purdue... not good. At least they played someone. College football will continue to suck until someone from the South shows up in November to play a BIG TEN or BIG XII team and visa versa.

A. Iowa didn't play anyone worth shit.
B. No one is traveling in November for out of conference games.
Your points suck.

Thanks man...

WINS:

Wyoming.. Bowl eligible
North Texas State.. Bowl eligible, playing for conference championship.
Iowa State.. 7 wins and bowl eligible. Beat OK, TCU and Baylor.
Ohio State, nuff said.

Realize the losses sucked.. First 3 within a few points.

Imagine a November when college football gets it together.

Nope.

I have a suspicious feeling you didn't know Auburn played at Clemson, Alabama played FSU who was #3 before losing their QB. Florida opened with Michigan.
The SEC just does their cupcakes in November to give their teams an almost bye before their annual in state rivalries.

Ya know know FSU and Florida , The Iron Bowl, South Carolina and Clemson. Oh and LSU played in Lambeau last year.

Suspect nothing. Early season games mean nothing. I lived in the South for 30 plus years and get it.

Moved back to Iowa when I got it and loving it.

Football is meant to be played into late fall and early winter. The NFL gets it. When was the last time a team from the South won the Super Bowl? Ask New Orleans and Tampa Bay Bucs back in the day.

Ok, you don't think anybody South of the Mason Dixon understands football. I guess Ohio State winning in Norman meant nothing because they got clocked by a southern team in Clemson.

Alabama smacked Michigan State two years ago but their September smackdown of Wisconsin didn't matter though. Every game matters man, Iowa's win over Ohio State as well as their last two stinkers do. This isn't basketball, you have to show up every week.

Watching the NFL.... the games are generally not as exciting, but for me as a Bears fan and not a passionate one like I am a Hawkeye fan, it is nice to watch the games without getting so involved and pissed off and stressed out but I also don't get the elation and joy either.

College football is millions of times better than the NFL. There is no loyalty in the NFL. You can see most retired players light up with joy and pride when their alma mater honors them. They also never waver on that support.

They also only play 8 conference games.

Yeah not saying a million times better, but I agree. All I was saying is that for me, a relaxing day of football is my Sunday. My emotional football day is my Saturdays:)

I get you, I used to really enjoy the NFL. They have dimmed my enthusiasm by dragging their dirty business into the open. I don't care how much Goodell makes. I don't care about your internal squabbles or monetary disputes. Can we just hear about the game?
