If the Hawks are making some shots, this game could easily resemble an NBA game, score-wise. IE, 95+ for each team. The world is on Creighton and the over, apparently. Line is up to -12 and O/U is at 162 on my site.

Is this game 9 pm because of TV or some game before it?
The people who made the schedule for the Gavitt Games, in their infinite wisdom, crammed 3 games into the same night on the same channel. Is this game 9 pm because of TV or some game before it?
Yes and no.
Yes, its scheduled to start at 9p CDT. But no, in that the tip will likely be pushed back to at least 9:10/:15 to allow for 'run over' of the 2nd game (MARQ @ ILL).
Why they felt the need to force 3 games in one night on one channel, when there are zero GG games scheduled for Thursday night, and only 1 both Wed. & Friday, is just dumb.
No football team, fun style of play, great support and a solid coach.I'll be the idiot and ask - how the **** does a school Creighton get to have a top 10 basketball team?
Historically they have recruited players with iffy character. No football team, fun style of play, great support and a solid coach.
He has the mentality of a guard and takes off running instead of going for rebounds.can someone smarter than me explain Patrick's rebounding numbers? It's frustrating to have a front court player with these rebound numbers.
Is it the scheme or is he just a poor rebounder?
More so than anyone else?Historically they have recruited players with iffy character.
In the past, I'd say it was largely him being a poor rebounder. One contributing factor is that he is often defending on the perimeter, so he ends up out of the play - although in past seasons, he would stand and watch or leak out in transition, rather than rebound/defend, which drove me crazy. I think he's been more active this season but it was tough last night because the guys he was defending were such good three point shooters that he had to stay near them on the perimeter.can someone smarter than me explain Patrick's rebounding numbers?
