One of my favorite liberalism is listening to them tell us how these people do all the low income jobs out of one side of their mouth while explaining to us the huge tax value of the people doing all the 12 dollar an hour jobs out of the other...
The monetary loss for the lack of workers would dwarf $50B a year. You know this.Right again though....
They cost us $151B in 2023 and probably something similar in 2022. https://www.newsnationnow.com/us-news/immigration/illegal-immigration-cost-us-taxpayers-150-7b-doge/
So they cost a lot more, likely $50B more each and every year.
And the cost to get rid of them would be around $20B and then it's gravy after that Get em out!
Maybe we should switch to Delta?Deportation flights costing ~10k per person
There are 6.6M on unemployment right now. Get back to work, bitches. The monetary loss for the lack of workers would dwarf $50B a year. You know this.
~2 million deportations at ~80 per flight is 25,000 flights. You think those 4 planes normally make that many flights per year?Military was getting paid before Trump. The Air Force is constant flying, even if just training.
Border never should have been so open. Ignoring laws always costs more later.
The solution should have been for military to lock border down super tight and deport any illegal doing crimes. Biden F’d that up and the gate swung hard to where we are today.
I can’t really comment on the number of flight hours government planes fly in a year and if this will cause a significant bump in cost.~2 million deportations at ~80 per flight is 25,000 flights. You think those 4 planes normally make that many flights per year?
Even if we were to use the entire C-17 fleet that would be 111 flights per plane.
They have roll on seating options that aren’t that bad, but if you are anywhere near the prop line…and for hours at a time…that can certainly feel like a beating.C-130 flight? Ooof, that sounds fun.
$12 billion in flights. Just the flights.I can’t really comment on the number of flight hours government planes fly in a year and if this will cause a significant bump in cost.
I do know Biden could have closed the border in 2020 and didn’t. It’s one of the reasons the democrats lost numerous elections.
Pretty sure there isn’t going to be a revote.
The longer laws are ignored the more expensive the solution is most of the time.
“It’s too expensive to protect the borders” is a lame ass excuse.
Trump is doing exactly what he said he was going to do. Why that didn’t get 2020 Biden voters to vote again in 2024 is a question to ask them. Seems silly to complain to Trump voters when he is doing exactly what they voted for.
It’s about as silly as yelling at Chiefs fans after the won. They are perfectly happy with the results.
Good luck. You’re trying to educate people on the concept of “combat readiness” who don’t even have a grasp on the concept of “ life readiness”.
It's a bargain compared to supporting them and all of the legal costs of processing them.So you agree that the flight cost $10k per immigrant. Thanks,
The military doesn't fly for free, someone pays for that. That someone is us.
But let's say that they fly them back exclusively on C-17s as unlikely as that is. That costs 3150 per immigrant. Multiply that by 2 million for us.
The military flies regardless, the cost doesn't disappear just because they don't move an immigrant.
This is just ancillary benefit.
Yes. But more importantly, it’s part of defending the border from invaders. Is this part of combat readiness?
DOD Orders 1,500 Troops, Additional Assets to Southern Border
DOD is sending 1,500 active-duty service members and additional air and intelligence assets to the southern border to augment troops already conducting enforcement operations in that region, Actingwww.defense.gov

I say bus them all to Mexico and make them go back the way they came. Now the ones Biden flew in at the dead of night might be a different story.
I say get boxcars from the U.P., fill them up and send them south.I say bus them all to Mexico and make them go back the way they came. Now the ones Biden flew in at the dead of night might be a different story.
They can fly seats out as well. Pack well more in.Also note* that plane had 84 people on it. A quick check says they can fit 124.
This math is quickly become some "if we account for everything negative, we can piss ourselves" type stuff.
Well, with Biden in charge there was a hell of a lot more business at the border.Hey MAGAs. More folks were sent home under Biden than under Trump.
That being said....sorry you don't like non-whites
No we are deporting the Russians and Chinese as well.Hey MAGAs. More folks were sent home under Biden than under Trump.
That being said....sorry you don't like non-whites
Paratroop doors on the side. Tailgate for heavy drops. But I’m not sure how many you can fit on a 463L pallet. For the people crying their fake tears over deportations we can fly C-17’s over your neighborhood and push them out the back with a parachute (or not) if you want.
No we are deporting the Russians and Chinese as well.
Biden fans bragging about deporting more after letting in 15-20 million.
I mean, the vast, VAST majority of these people just came here to fill a demand for workers from business owners, after all.I get that the immigration system is broken.
But damn some of you are heartless mother****ers. I bet you go to church every Sunday though.
Tell me more…, trimming bushes. You guys want those jobs?
How else can you prove you’re a good Christian alpha male if you’re not a callous douchebag who acts like the world is your toilet?I get that the immigration system is broken.
But damn some of you are heartless mother****ers. I bet you go to church every Sunday though.
Let’s throw immigrants out of the backs of airplanes! In the name of Jesus, can I get an Amen! How else can you prove you’re a good Christian alpha male if you’re not a callous douchebag who acts like the world is your toilet?
This. If it were nearly impossible to find gainful employment without documentation, there would be very few undocumented workers. Any serious attempts to address this would be large fines that would make the practice of hiring undocumented workers cost-prohibitive. Instead, the GOP is following their time-honored tradition of scapegoating and punching down.Doesn’t matter they’ll make their way past the border again. Deporting , deporting, isn’t going to solve this until the job issue is addressed. Don’t care how secure some claim the border will be under Trump. They’ll still find a way past it.
