Republicans embracing authoritarianism has been one of the biggest policy shifts in a party that I've seen since the racism flip from Democrat to Republicans in the south decades ago. It's very scary how quickly Republicans have adopted overtly authoritarian policies just because they're scared of others.

Say what you want about Christie, and you should because he's a POS who has no chance if he's running. But I do think he can effectively go at Trump where others couldn't/wouldn't.
