Eno Benjamin Video

Best RB highlight video I have ever seen. Iowa needs this guy.

It is funny that ISU has started following the Bielema formula when he was at Wisconsin. He seems to be just following Iowa around and offering guys they are recruiting.

Very similar to Akrum Wadley IMO. Incredible burst and change of direction, to go along with good but not great breakaway speed. Would be a very good back for the Hawks.

he also is very adept at following his blockers and letting them work for him, not getting ahead of them. great balance, can catch out the backfield, good speed, built like a rock and hard to bring down... what's not to like about this guy?

Good speed, not great. But what he lacks in speed (which he really doesn't lack speed), he more than makes up for in balance and vision. He has great field awareness too.

The guy has a crazy amount of balance and vision. Just the way his body shifts when he jukes and cuts, is off the charts. It's why he leaves so many would be tacklers grabbing at air, falling down or barely getting as piece of him.

Now I'm not making any comparisons and some will call me crazy. But one player that stands out who also had great balance and vision like this was Barry Sanders. Barry Sanders is the first player that came to mind after watching his video for a couple minutes. I'm not saying Eno is on Barry's level. I'm just saying that is who he reminds me of.

I really hope we can lock this kid down before the bigger programs come calling, because I believe they will. He's got a lot of power 5 offers, just not from what are considered the "bigger" programs. It's kind of perplexing to me as to why he doesn't have Texas, A&M and Oklahoma offers really. I don't believe he has any academic or character issues as he has offers from NW and Duke.

Maybe we can just chalk it up to him just actually flying under the radar for the moment.

Similar to Justin Jackson from Northwestern.

Emmit Smith came to mind for me. You're right, balance, vision (one of the most important assets for a rb) is at a high level. One thing I would add is he can cut without losing much speed.

His balance just jumps off these video's. I haven't seen his measureables, but he seems to have good not elite speed. Definitely would be great get. Was willing to run over people in the soph. video.

Going to have to respectfully disagree, I love Wadley but Eno as a Junior in HS already has more power/strength than Wadley as a Junior in college. Eno is on a whole other level IMO. I do not think Iowa has had a back as well rounded as Eno since Ronnie Harmon......

Agree to disagree. Measurables appear to be the same and Wadley runs with much more power than his slight frame suggests.

I see Albert Young.

He does have great balance, but I'm most impressed with his vision, how he reads his blocks and picks the right hole.
