The associated press is reporting that ESPN executives in conjunction with the SEC Network and Paul Finebaum are prepared to issue a comprehensive report concluding that this year’s bowl results are absolutely meaningless and should not be considered in any way when evaluating the strength of football conferences.

This conclusion was reached after a comprehensive study of all post season factors. According to Finebaum this conclusion will be re-evaluated next year if the SEC has a better bowl record than the B1G.

B1G 5-0
SEC 0-3
PAC 12 1-7

Here's to you, ESPN!

Honestly don’t mind Finebaum. He can’t bite the hand that feeds him, but he has given praise to the B1G in the past. Including the 2015 Iowa team...took a few weeks but he eventually got on board. Unfortunately we shit the bed shortly thereafter in Pasedena.

That's not proven, pretty scary when you are convicted without due process.
That said, the guy is a douche, guilty or innocent
And you probably voted for Trump and still think he's a great guy who has never told a lie....

He looks like the kind of guy who would do anything to become dictator. His evil stare looks like he wants to kill everyone.

Of course ESPN is going to br impartial towards the SEC. It's their television and therefore long term partner. But I don't believe the staff necessarily follows the corporate mantra. High profile types like SVP and others are Big Ten alumns. If they can get it into their segment I bet they will.
